1.3 Account Registration

1.3.1. Provide accurate business details (name, location, address).

1.3.2. Secure user login credentials; report unauthorized access immediately.

1.4 Location Policies

1.4.1 Geolocation Data

• User Location: Collects delivery addresses for order fulfillment.
• Company Location: Registered addresses used for tax compliance and regional eligibility.

1.4.2 Regional Restrictions

• Services available only in approved regions within Ghana.
