Phluowise Business is a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) technology tool that enables independent water and waste management companies to advertise, publish, manage, and provide their products and services to customers through digital tools and related business management features.
The Platform serves as a technology infrastructure and marketplace facilitation tool through which customers may discover, interact with, and transact with independent water and waste management companies.
Phluowise is solely a software and technology tool provider. Phluowise has no ownership, operational control, managerial authority, or business involvement in the activities, transactions, relationships, or dealings between companies and customers using the Platform.
Phluowise does not manufacture, sell, distribute, own, control, supervise, regulate, manage, or operate the businesses, products, or services offered by companies using the Platform. Companies remain solely and independently responsible for:
Phluowise acts solely as an independent technology service provider and intermediary software tool. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating any partnership, agency, employment, franchise, fiduciary, joint venture, representative, management, supervisory, or operational relationship between Phluowise and any company, customer, or third party.
Phluowise does not interfere in, participate in, direct, supervise, or control the internal management, commercial decisions, contractual arrangements, transactions, or day-to-day operations of companies or customers, except where reasonably necessary to:
