1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By using Phluowise Business (“Platform”), you (“Company”) agree to these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1.2 Platform Overview

Phluowise Business is a SaaS tool enabling water companies to manage operations, including order processing, billing, and analytics.

1.2.1 Company Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Companies on the Platform are independent businesses.
• Phluowise does not own, control, or operate any company using the Platform.
• Each company retains all rights, title, and interest in its own business name, logos, trademarks, listings, and content it uploads or submits.
• Phluowise’s name, logo, software, and Platform content remain the property of Phluowise (or its licensors).

1.2.2 Support, Sponsorships, and Funding

Phluowise may accept financial or in-kind support, sponsorships, grants, or other lawful funding to:

• build, improve, and maintain the Platform;
• advertise and promote Phluowise products and services to customers;
• support research, development, and operational costs as Phluowise grows as an early-stage startup.

Any such support does not create any partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship between Phluowise and a sponsor or contributor, unless expressly agreed in writing.
